II. My experience review with Cleveland RTX ZipCore Wedge

During my time on the course with the Cleveland RTX ZipCore Wedge, it made a real impact on my game.

The wedge’s sleek design and compact head shape gave me a real boost of confidence, and I could feel the difference in the spin on my shots right away. It amped up my ability to hit those higher shots and stop the ball dead on the green, even when I was dealing with tight lies.

In addition to ZipCore technology, the Cleveland RTX ZipCore Wedge boasts UltiZip Grooves, which maintained their sharpness throughout my rounds, even in damp conditions. If you ask about spin control, it was on point!

My test stats

To further evaluate my performance with RTX ZipCore, I tested 52 degrees gap wedge to play 120 yards shot and 60 degrees lob wedge to play 60 yards shot. Here are my test stats:

With the 52-degree gap wedge, I was able to achieve a ball speed of 91 mph and a launch angle of 27.5 degrees. The side spin was 332 rpm, while the backspin was an impressive 10658 rpm. 

The carry distance was 112 yards, with a total distance of 112 yards. The high backspin rate allowed me to stop the ball on the green with ease, making it a good choice for approach shots.

For the 60-degree lob wedge, I achieved a ball speed of 59 mph and a launch angle of 33.2 degrees. The side spin was only 228 rpm, but the backspin was still noteworthy at 10018 rpm. The carry distance was 59 yards, with a total distance of 60 yards. 

The high launch angle and backspin helped me hit high, soft shots that stopped quickly on the green.

Overall, I found that Cleveland RTX ZipCore Wedge was effective in boosting consistency, allowing me to hit shots with precision and control.
